Easiest Dinner Ever

Today I'm sharing with you a go-to recipe when I just absolutely don't feel like cooking anything. It requires just three items from the grocery store, four if you're feeling fancy!

Easy Lentil Sloppy Joes


Ingredients:
Hamburger buns
Manwich sloppy joe sauce (surprisingly vegan, haha!)
15 or 16 ounces of pre-cooked lentils

Optional: pickles or avocados to put on top

I got the lentils from the refrigerated section of Trader Joes. They also sell organic canned lentils at Sprouts and at Ralphs! Getting pre-cooked ones is a great lazy cook hack. 

Directions

Pour the lentils into a frying pan, maybe with a bit of cooking oil.
Dump the can of sloppy joe sauce in the pan.
Stir.
Scoop on top of hamburger buns. 
Enjoy open faced with a slice of dill pickle or some avocado!


There it is! Embarrassingly easy!
